Continued use of GPS and/or accelerometer running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. eVario was designed to use GPS very sparingly, but s background usage for continued tracking. This was chosen wisely to maintain best experience. If you experience significant battery drain while using eVario, select the power save mode in the device's Settings menu or deactivate energy consuming instruments.
